室友出遊趣 – 北海岸一日遊

辛苦工作了一個禮拜後，周末休息不知道要去哪裡玩嗎？我們中山雙連1的室友們這次安排了北海岸開車一日遊的行程，讓我們一起來探索他們推薦的景點和美食吧！！！

首站 – 淡水沙崙海岸

在淡水情人橋附近的海水浴場，是一個適合坐在沙灘上凝望海洋，感受悠閒寧靜的海岸。這片海灘並不常被大眾踏足，是個相對寧靜的秘境，觀察著大小朋友與寵物慢遊的畫面，彷彿有種治癒的感覺。當天室友們帶著野餐墊，一起坐在沙灘上看海聊天～英國室友事後與我們分享當時她的內心感到很療癒，因為她的家鄉都沒辦法看到什麼海，所以很開心能和大家一起欣賞台灣的海！

第二站 – 老梅綠石槽

沿著北海岸繼續前行，會抵達一個叫做「老梅」的社區。這裡擁有台灣唯一的綠石槽海岸，特別之處在於四月份東北季風逐漸停息，石槽便會被一片翠綠的海藻所覆蓋，形成令人驚嘆的「綠石槽」海岸景觀。
此外，當地還供應石花凍，可當作美味的小甜點品嚐。日本室友提到，石花凍的味道讓她聯想到日本夏天常吃的點心「ところてん（石花菜凍）」，兩者味道相似，不同之處在於日本通常將其製成麵條狀。最受歡迎的吃法是淋上黑醋，或搭配柴魚醬油和芝麻一同享用。如果喜歡甜食，也可以嘗試淋上黑糖水。

第三站 – 金山老街


離開老梅後，他們來到今天的重點午餐行程——金山老街。金山以三大必吃聞名，分別是螃蟹、鴨肉和地瓜。特別推薦這裡的三點蟹及海鮮粥，一碗裡頭就有一整隻螃蟹，超級阿撒力！

提到地瓜，我們的韓國室友試著用台語跟賣地瓜的阿姨聊天，說道：「這地瓜金價賀甲嗎？」。結果意外發現『真的』的台語發音，和韓文發音都是“金價”！而除了『真的』，他們還聊到另外還有『圖書館』、『學生』和『時間』的發音也很類似，真的很有趣！

室友們在享用完美味的海鮮粥後，他們來到金山廟口。這裡的特色是在廟口處有自助式的鴨肉和菜餚，必點的菜餚為鴨肉和炒麵！！！

品嚐完鴨肉後，還可以在老街上找到紅地瓜冰淇淋，當然也有各種新鮮的地瓜出售。吃飽喝足之後，步行到金山後山的磺港社區公共浴室，這裡提供免費的溫泉足浴。泡腳的同時欣賞風景、與朋友聊天，真是愜意。

不知不覺間已到黃昏時刻，看著夕陽西下，準備前往下一個目的地。

第四站 – 中角灣


泡完足浴後，他們前往金山附近的中角灣。這片海灘非常乾淨，也是深受衝浪愛好者喜愛的地方。

就這樣，在沙灘上玩到了晚上。活動身體後又開始覺得餓了，該是前往今天的最後一站了。

最終站 – 基隆廟口夜市


他們將基隆廟口夜市作為北海岸旅行的最終站，夜市入口氣氛磅礴，插滿了五光十色的旗子，而兩側擺滿了各種美味佳餚，有魯肉飯、營養三明治和泡泡冰等美食等著大家去發掘。

整整一天玩得開心滿足，現在是時候回家了，室友們都度過了很開心的一天，期待下次的出遊行程！

語言交換｜想免費練習語言和口說，事前該如何準備?

想透過「語言交換」免費練習語言口說，順便認識新的外國朋友，但卻不知道該從哪邊開始準備嗎？ 或是之前有嘗試過「語言交換」，但在過程中遇到一些困難後，就不了了之沒下文了嗎？

那麼這一篇語言交換事前準備一定可以幫助到你!

什麼是語言交換?

語言交換是一種互惠的活動，透過和母語人士或能流利使用該語言者，以聊天的方式練習彼此正在學習的語言。除了能快速地提高口說能力，也能了解到課本上沒有的文化知識和結交一個新的朋友，是一個一舉兩得的好方法。

我適合語言交換嗎?

當你想要透過語言交換來練習語言的時候，可以用以下幾點去確認自己適合嗎?

1) 我的目的是什麼? 是真的想要練習語言呢? 還是只是想要認識外國朋友?

因為語言交換沒有強制性，所以彼此都必須要有很強的語言學習動機，才有可能持續下去。

2) 我的語言能力如何?

通常波編會建議至少要有日常對話的水平會比較好，這樣子在互相對話中，才能逐一修正和改善說法。不然很容易會因為無法溝通，而只持續說一種語言，沒有互相練習到。

3) 我喜歡與人互動嗎?

其實語言交換也算是一種見網友的活動，不論是線上或是面對面，第一次見面都免不了會有尷尬期，所以參加語言交換前，可以先問問自己，有想要認識新的陌生人嗎?對他會有好奇心嗎?

語言交換前要準備什麼呢?

準備內容會因為和語伴合作時間長短而有差異，以下分為初期和中後期：

初期：

1) 確認見面時間和約定語言時間(1小時全中文對話、1小時全外語對話)，並在開始前設好鬧鐘，以免聊得太開心忘記切換語言。

2) 通常第一次見面不外乎就是自我介紹，我為什麼學這個語言? 我平常的興趣是什麼? 我有去哪邊旅行過? 喜歡聽的音樂? 基本上和相親一樣，在聊天過程中找尋彼此共通的話題及有沒有互相投緣，因為這部分也會影響後續的聯絡。

中後期：

和語伴比較熟悉後，逐漸地會開始沒有話題好聊，這時候事前準備就非常重要。

1) 隨時筆記自己在語言學習上遇到的問題，例如不確定這一句話該如何翻譯或是有沒有更道地的說法。也可以攜帶自己的課本或是作業，一起討論疑問的地方。

2) 如果文法上有問題，盡量不要問母語人士，因為他們通常也不太知道該如何解釋，除非語伴是語言學專業，不然會因為要解釋一個文法而浪費很多時間。

3) 可以想一想最近有沒有發生有趣的事情，或是閱讀到一篇有趣的文章、新聞、影片、文化差異或是有趣的議題可以討論。最好是可以帶有一點深度的問題，例如環境保護或是社會問題，一方面練習表達自己的想法和看法，一方面也可以聽到語伴帶著不同角度分析的結果。

4) 寫交換日記吧！語言交換不是只能練習到口說，書寫也是語言運用中很重要的一環。日記內容不一定只能分享日常生活，也可以寫一篇短文閱讀心得或是電影觀後感，這樣子在不知不覺中，寫作的能力也會大大提升呢！

5) 一起出去玩吧！爬山、看電影或是逛逛美術館，你平常和朋友喜歡做哪些事情，就也一起約你的語伴去吧！因為是一起出去玩，所以就不用太嚴格規定要講哪個語言多久，就隨意的切換吧！

6) 報名語言考試檢定吧！可以針對考試內容進行練習，有特定主題和句型。在有壓力的情況下，每次的語言交換就會更認真準備了呢！

語言交換中，我該注意什麼?

1) 在自我介紹的時候，觀察對方的語言程度，並依照語言程度調整自己說話的速度，發音盡量清晰和標準。

2) 語伴在練習語言時，不要自己一直用流利的母語發表意見，而是要多發問，讓語伴可以多多回答自己的想法。例如: 為什麼? 你有什麼想法? 你會怎麼做呢? 都可以常常使用。

3) 可以使用雲端記事本，紀錄互相補充的單字或是句子，之後方便重新閱讀。

去哪裡找語言交換夥伴呢?

現在有許多方式可以找到語言交換夥伴，透過手機APP、網站或是入住國際交流share house。

APP&網站推薦：

1) HelloTalk: 可以使用文字、語音訊息、語音聊天、視訊聊天功能，還能幫對方修正句子、翻譯等輔助功能。也可以上傳圖片和短文，整體功能和Instagram很像。

2) Tandem: 和HelloTalk的功能非常相像，只是APP會主動推播其他會員的資訊，提高配對機率。

3) HiNative: 這是一個Q&A的平台，如果有文法、用字差異或是文章上的問題，都可以在上面發問，通常會有母語人士熱心地回答，也是一個很好用的搜尋引擎。

When moving to a new country, people have to start their lives out. They have a new job, must meet new people, make some friends, and they live in different surroundings. As exciting as it sounds, it can also be exhausting to adjust to everything new at once. It will also undoubtedly be expensive.

According to most foreigners that have moved to foreign countries, the biggest challenge that they faced after the move was finding accommodations. Now, today’s youth, which is the youth of the 21st century, very well understands the importance of freedom and independence. Our youth knows how significant it is to stand on its legs without the support of others, even if that support is extended by your loved ones like your parents and relatives. Adolescents know the necessity of becoming self-sufficient, and therefore, in the present era as soon as they reach the legal age, they start striving for financial and other types of independence. One significant step that they undertake to become independent and self-sufficient is that of living away from their parents.


Now, living away from parents is a hard decision. When you live away from your home you learn important lessons. Living in a place where you don’t have the support of your parents or loved ones teaches you important lessons about life, and it prepares you for an unforeseeable future. Also, sometimes in cases, like when you find a job in a different city or when you have to go abroad for completing your studies, staying away from the home becomes a necessity. 波波暑期換宿 – 替室友辦個活動吧！

BORDERLESS HOUSE Taiwan在今年舉辦了第一屆的「波波暑期換宿」活動，提供了為期一個月的的免費住宿，給對share house生活有興趣的同學喔！而這次就有四位女孩通過了面試，加入BORDERLESS HOUSE的大家庭，和我們一起體驗共居生活！

而入住Share House除了生活上的互動及文化交流外，室友間的日常小活動也是非常重要的，在這一個月的期間，四位波波們都各自替家中室友舉辦了一場小活動，讓我們一起來看看他們的Vlog和Blog吧！

中山2：Tutorㄅㄆㄇ

許多入住BORDERLESS HOUSE的外國室友，都是在台灣學習中文的學生，所以如果生活上能有更多機會練習中文，對他們來說是在好不過了！所以入住了中山2見的波波──品瑄，和好友Bella共同替日本室友舉辦了「Tutorㄅㄆㄇ」的中文課程喔！除了學習中文，還一起寫書法，練習打中國結，讓日本室友們也覺得收穫滿滿！

大安2：室友歡迎會

住在share house裡，迎新送舊是很常有的事情，趁著最近有好幾位新室友加入大安2這個大家庭的機會，波波──宜庭，決定替新室友舉辦一個歡迎會，邀請了所有的室友們加入電影之夜，一起大啖Pizza和超台灣味的鹽酥雞喔！

芝山1：Bye Bye 歡送會

新室友會來，舊室友當然也會有離開的一天，入住芝山1的波波──羽倩，在暑期換宿的尾聲，也正好遇上了來自冰島的室友Kia要回國了，於是羽倩決定替Kia舉辦了bye bye party，而因為來自冰島的Kia非常喜歡騎腳踏車，派對結束後，一夥人還陪著Kia到河堤邊夜騎腳踏車、吹吹風，讓我們來看看羽倩的活動紀錄分享吧！

新埔1：台灣零食同樂會

你們最喜歡的台灣零時是什麼呢？入住新埔1的波波──暄淇，發現許多台灣人愛吃的零食，外國室友們竟然都沒有嘗試過呢！於是她決定在家裡舉辦了零時同樂會，邀請外國室友們加入，一起品嘗經典的台灣零食，並排名選出自己最喜歡哪一樣！下面就是暄淇為這個活動所寫部落格，快來看看你最愛的零食有沒有上榜吧！

之前和日本室友分享我個人超愛的義美巧克力酥片，發現已經在台灣唸書快一年的她竟然還沒吃過，於是我便下定決心要舉辦一個台灣零食同樂會！

當天我準備了9樣台灣零食讓他們品嚐！

這些零食都是台灣人小時候去校外教學，或者去畢業旅行時必帶的東西！
都是相當有名氣也很容易取得的零食，在各大賣場/超市/便利商店都能夠買到，
甚至在一些網路商店上也都能找到～

原本以為義美巧克力酥片會是她們最喜歡的，沒想到她們居然最愛蚵仔煎洋芋片！
不過她們表示，並不是因為甜的零食不好吃，而是因為很多日本相似口味的甜零食比台灣的好吃很多，因此鹹的零食在這次的零食同樂會才會佔優勢！

來自社長的一封信：建立橋樑，而非隔閡

大家好，我是BORDERLESS HOUSE的社長Lee。

因為新冠肺炎疫情的發生，全世界的人們都受到了影響，至今仍看不到平息的跡象。而疫情的發生也導致許多產業受到衝擊，大家都在尋求解決問題的方法，希望能減緩衝擊的力道。

如同各位所知道的，BORDERLESS HOUSE是一個來自日本，擁有許多外國房客的事業。每年的四、五月正是我們的房客，展開新學期、新生活，最忙碌的時期，也是我們迎接最多新房客的時候。

但在疫情的影響下，我們有許多不得不取消入住，無法來到台灣的房客，又或是臨時需要回國的外國房客。

但是，我們沒有因此忘記我們的事業理念：「創造沒有歧視與偏見的世界」。針對此時世界上所發生的事情，我們希望透過撰寫這篇部落格，和大家分享我們此刻要做的，以及想要傳達的理念。

【疫情下產生的差異與分裂】

新冠肺炎常常被認定是「亞洲的問題」，導致在各國都出現了針對華人及亞裔住民嚴重的歧視，或是針對特定人權團體的騷擾及暴力行為，再次將對於亞洲人的歧視問題帶上檯面。

但這絕對不是只在國外才會發生的事情，同樣的，隨著疫情蔓延，即便在亞洲，也可能發生本地人用偏見的眼光看待外國人的情形。

我們為了抵禦病毒而設下了入境限制，這樣子的鎖國政策，使得人與人之間產生了一道「物理之牆」，而這種不安定且充滿壓力的狀態持續下去，將衍生成為「心中之牆」。面對未知敵人的不安，使得我們將這些仇恨及歧視，轉向特定的族群或是特定人種，而這樣的歧視和偏見，將讓我們彼此之間漸行漸遠，更加疏離。我擔心即便疫情結束，各國雖然解除了限制，但這樣對於外國人的歧視仍舊會持續的發生。

【建立橋樑，而非隔閡】

現在，該是我們團結起來的時候，建立橋樑，而非隔閡。

透過不同領域的結盟，交換彼此的知識與資源，世界可以一同面對這個共同的敵人。我們也竭盡所能地為我們的房客、合作夥伴及各位工作人員和他們的家人，提供最合適的配套措施。

因此，在這樣的情況下，我們也需要思考，BORDERLESS HOUSE可以做些什麼？我們該探討的是什麼？

我們深信我們的角色是創造連結，而不是分歧，因此我們將這個觀點濃縮為一句話──建立橋樑，而非隔閡。

因為新冠肺炎疫情的影響，BORDERLESS HOUSE的事業在各方面都受到了衝擊。不過，更讓我們擔心的是那些迫切地期待著，能與世界各地的人交流的房客們。

他們期待來到台灣，完成他們的夢想，卻不得不因為入境的限制而取消他們一生可能只有一次的工作、留學機會，或是已經抵達台灣的房客們，被迫回到故鄉，導致學習中斷，失去了和室友們一起創造美好回憶的機會。

BORDERLESS HOUSE致力於消除歧視、偏見與分歧，這是我們的品牌任務和目標。我們希望協助這些想要挑戰的年輕人，脫離他們的舒適圈，透過直接和外國室友相處、生活在多元文化的環境，從中得到學習、理解的機會，也幫助社會走往更正向的地方。

不過，把這些想法觀點說出來、寫下來固然很重要，但更加重要的是，我們該如何去執行它，於是我們將發起一個新的活動。

【BORDERLESS Mate 神秘線上筆友】

這次的「BORDERLESS Mate 神秘線上筆友」是一個很簡單的概念。

因為新冠肺炎疫情的影響，我們有許多房客都失去了認識新朋友、學習語言的機會，所以我們希望透過這次的活動，在照顧到大家的健康及安全下，盡可能提供給大家更多的交流機會。

而這個「BORDERLESS Mate 神秘線上筆友」將從台灣開始做起，連結起不同物件的房客，透過語言、興趣、喜好等，替大家做配對，並且以Email的方式，建立起線上的友誼。

透過這個計畫，我們希望大家即便在疫情的影響下，仍舊能持續的與外國朋友交流，不管是學習語言，文化分享，甚至是聊聊對於疫情的看法，給予彼此一些鼓勵，一起期待疫情過去的日子。

而這個計畫，之後也會逐步拓展到我們在日本、韓國的事業部，甚至是非房客的朋友們，讓我們的理想，可以為社會帶來更長遠、更正向的影響！敬請期待吧！

新冠肺炎疫情，儼然是一場國際性的長期抗爭

站在政府與政治家的立場，為了保護人民，需要築起高牆來抵禦病毒的威脅，但我認為我們都應該在心中搭起一座橋梁，共同克服這些阻礙。

而BORDERLESS HOUSE則將成為搭建這些橋樑的工程師之一，即便我們並非完美，我們仍會以笑容迎接挑戰，為我們的努力而驕傲！

BORDERLESS HOUSE在日本的總部也曾遭遇過類似，非預期的重大災難，但我們仍舊堅持著，努力克服種種挑戰和難關。

有鑒於此次疫情的情況危急，我們必定會將每位房客的健康與安全視為第一順位，接下來我們還會在許多方面遭遇困難，但BORDERLESS HOUSE還是會努力面對各種挑戰，盡我們一切所能，期許著更美好的未來。

不只是住宿！BORDERLESS HOUSE 活動回顧

大家對於入住BORDERLESS HOUSE最期待的是什麼呢？

有很多房客告訴我們，他們最期待的就是我們不定期舉辦的活動啦！

參加活動除了好玩有趣、交新朋友，還能學習國際文化，是不是很棒呢？

今天我們就來回顧一下，BORDERLESS HOUSE過去舉辦的幾個活動，也讓你們可以期待一下未來的新活動喔！

茶壺山

爬山踏青一直是BORDERLESS HOUSE最喜歡舉辦的活動類型之一，除了可以帶大家走進大自然、認識新朋友，還能同時欣賞台灣的在地美景。

而這次的茶壺山健行，就是山景、海景一次滿足！從山腳沿著石階步道一路往上，就能遠眺超美的陰陽海海景喔！而且鄰近的景點還有九份、金瓜石，安排一日遊行程再適合不過了！

北海岸淨灘

郊遊活動也可以非常有意義！北海岸的老梅石槽，在每年春天會有大量海藻附著在石槽上，形成綠意盎然的獨特美景，但因為觀光客的造訪，海灘上也留下了非常多的垃圾。（再次呼籲大家，隨手帶走自己的垃圾，和我們一起愛護環境。）

於是BORDERLESS HOUSE就和台北市政府申請了淨灘地許可，帶著房客們一起去欣賞美景，也為地球的環境盡一份心力！真的十分感謝有這麼多房客支持我們，和我們一起參與這次的活動，有你們真好！

House Party

BORDERLESS HOUSE目前在台北有21個物件，分布在台北幾個不同的區域，我們希望房客們除了認識同物件的室友外，也可以和其他物件做交流，所以我們會不定期針對各個區域，邀請不同物件但同個區域的室友，一起到家裡吃吃喝喝、玩遊戲，拓展一下交友圈喔！

中秋烤肉

每年的中秋節烤肉，可以說是BORDERLESS HOUSE一年一度最盛大的活動之一，像是去年的中秋節，就有將近60位房客加入我們「大烤」的行列喔！

而每次烤肉，我們都會把大家分成幾個不同的小組，每個小組都會有來自不同物件的室友，讓大家除了和自己家的室友相處外，也有機會和新認識夥伴們一起烤肉過中秋！

萬聖節扮裝

不知道大家有沒有參加過萬聖節扮裝活動呢？BORDERLESS HOUSE的萬聖節扮裝也是大家非常期待的活動之一，每次看到大家認真裝扮，都非常有感，所以我們也舉辦了票選活動，讓大家投票選出心目中第一名的裝扮，得獎的房客會收到我們準備的小禮物喔！

大稻埕旗袍一日遊

除了各種踏青、派對活動以外，體驗一下在地的台灣文化也是必須的！

大家出國旅遊的時候，一定多少都有嘗試過當地的傳統服飾吧？像是到韓國會穿韓服，去了日本則會穿和服，但大家有體驗過穿「旗袍」嗎？我們這次就帶著大家來個旗袍初體驗啦！

大稻埕旗袍一日遊的活動，帶著大家體驗穿旗袍，走訪大稻埕的舊城建築，也順便到霞海城隍廟做參拜。（當然也要拍很多美照）

而除了走訪了大稻埕，我們還參加了品茶的體驗課程，學習怎麼挑選茶葉、沖泡和品嚐，一整天下來非常充實，也了解了更多在地文化的故事喔！
